History
The District was created by an act of the Texas Legislature in June 1969 to provide Water and Sewage services are provided to approximately 600 residences and to several commercial operations.
The water is provided by two Water Treatment Plants. Sewer services are provided by a sewer treatment plant operated by River Plantation Utility District.
